About

The beach sits either side of Beaumaris Pier, a stone's throw away from the centre of this historic town on the Menai Straits with its medieval castle. The beach is a major centre for yachting. There are clear panoramic views across the Menai Straits to Bangor and Snowdonia, the Orme in Llandudno can also be seen clearly. There is a coastal path in both directions and boat trips are available to Puffin Island.
