Cardigan Bay Watersports is the premier water-based activity provider in the sheltered waters of beautiful New Quay on the Mid Wales coast. With a range of activities catering for both beginners and watersports enthusiasts alike, the centre has a maximum ratio of six people to one instructor and you'll receive personalized attention and guidance throughout your experience. Safety is paramount, which is why there is always have a safety boat on the water during hires and lessons. 

The Centre has developed a wide range of watersport activities and training programmes to meet the needs of a wide variety of users, including schools, clubs, businesses and a range of residents and visitors to the area. You will be able to learn the basics or develop your skills in wonderful surroundings under the guidance of expert staff.

There is a wide choice of watersports activities on offer including:

Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Sailing, Windsurfing, Wakeboarding, Wing surfing, Waterskiing, Powerboat courses, Taster sessions,  fun sessions. longer courses, RYA courses or dinghies to hire.

Whether you're celebrating a hen or stag do, birthday, school outing, kids' party, or team-building event, you're guaranteed a day to remember on the water.

Larger Groups and Activtiy Accreditation
Cardigan Bay Watersports maintains highly skilled staff, rigorous safety procedures and hold an Adventure Activity Licence (AALA) and are recognized as a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Centre. Instructors are fully qualified with national governing body certifications, regularly undergo professional development training, and are DBS checked, First Aid trained, and have undergone safeguarding training.

For larger groups interested in paddleboarding or kayaking, the centre can accommodate up to 18 or more participants. The centre aims to provide competitive pricing, discounts for larger groups and can include complimentary wetsuit hire.
