Denmark Farm Conservation Centre,
Betws Bledrws,

The Denmark Farm Conservation Trust is a unique conservation centre pioneering the restoration of biodiversity to Britain's farmed countryside.

The Centre provides a base for exploring the wide variety of Mid & West Wales wildlife and countryside or simply as a rural retreat to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit.

Wildlife & Nature Trails are located within the 40 acres of nature reserve, with amazing biodiversity and range of habitats and trail leaflets and an information board can be found in the Welcome Shelter in the car park. The longest trail will take about an hour or more and there is also a shorter accessible trail.

Two compost toilets are available at all times, with a disabled toilet available upon request during office hours (otherwise the training centre is only accessible to course participants or during public events).

Denmark Farm is also a visitor centre and community resource with a wide range of accommodation and facilities available for hire year-round as a place for use by organisations for their own activities and events.

Whether you want to learn a new skill, become a little more sustainable or just have fun and meet like-minded people, Denmark Farm Conservation Centre offer a broad range of practical workshops all run by skilled facilitators.

The Trust have developed an exceptional programme offering a range of Natural Crafts & Sustainable Living Workshops and a range of publications in order to share experience and expertise and provide practical guidance.

A wide range of workshops is on offer throughout the year focusing on minimal-cost, low-intervention conservation measures

Denmark Farm Conservation Booklets have been available and well utilized for many years. They are an excellent resource for conservation professionals, ecologists, students, landowners and anyone with an interest in conservation. The paper format booklets are bilingual (English and Welsh), full colour and twenty pages in length and can be purchased online via the Conservation Centre website
