The Tudor Room 1896 Restaurant and the Irfon View Conservatory@ Caer Beris Manor are very special places to relax, eat and drink.
Restaurant 1896 offers its own seasonally changing menu. The Irfon View Conservatory overlooks the grounds and has its own bar menu. The Angler's Bar is well stocked and offers its own Irfon Ale along with a range of whiskies and other drinks. The Irfon Banqueting Suite can host functions for up to 100 guests
Restaurant 1896
The finest local produce is used to create the dishes in our award winning historic oak paneled Tudor Restaurant.
Welsh Lamb, Welsh Black Beef, Welsh Cheeses and fresh fish always feature on our seasonally changing menus. Lighter meals are available in our Conservatory which overlooks the grounds.
To complement your meal you can choose a bottle of wine from our extensive selection of wines from a dozen different countries. Whether you want a crisp New World Chardonnay or a fine Claret, you will find it on our list at a very reasonable price.
Sunday Lunches
We have changed the style of our Sunday Lunches. We are no longer offering a self service carvery but instead have introduced a properly served lunch.
This gives the chef the opportunity to offer a wider choice of menu but at the same time keep the price the same with a main course costing £9.95.
Beef and Lamb are cooked 'pink', but please ask when ordering if you would prefer yours more well done. We can do it this way round but not the other!
