Derwen Cottage

About

Derwen Cottage is at Dôleos Holiday Cottages and located just a mile from Aberystwyth. It is set in beautiful countryside – come and enjoy nature at its best on our tranquil smallholding. Stroll through our meadow to admire the sea view, enjoy a glimpse of rare red kites or relax under the trees by the stream.

The popular Victorian spa town of Aberystwyth, with its many attractions is only a five minute drive away. The mountains of North Wales provide a majestic backdrop to the beautiful sunsets over Cardigan Bay and a walk along the mile and a half long promenade could also provide you with a glimpse of the resident bottlenose dolphins. The Cambrian Mountains and unspoilt river valleys are only a short drive away or why not enjoy a trip on a narrow gauge railway instead. Activities such as horse riding, cycling, swimming, sailing, walking, golf and fishing are all available on the doorstep.
We take pride in the fact that our cottages are comfortable, spacious, stylish and clean and we look forward to offering you a warm Welsh welcome.
Not all pets are accepted and guests need to discuss prior to booking - rules apply.
Children must not be allowed to roam without supervision due to the natural terrain and stream.
No cleaning or pet charges are made therefore guests are requested to leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy state it was found. Used bedding and towels should be left in situ.
