Ty Coch

About

Ty Coch is a former coastal smallholding, with 10 acres and its own beach in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Llyn Peninsula.
In 2009 we restored and converted the derelict farm buildings to provide the perfect retreat for families and friends wanting to spend time together.

The three cottages The Cottage, The Barn and The Dairy have been carefully designed for sharing. Sleeping between 4-6 guests in each and up to 12 in total, the cottages are ideal for an extended family or friends wanting to holiday together.
Ty Coch allows you your own private space but has plenty of space to share.

The outside dining area, lit with festoon lighting, has a wood fired pizza oven and fire pit BBQ for cooking up a feast, there are campfires to roast marshmallows, gaze at the stars and tell tall tales, a games field, a stream, a wildlife pond and the shepherds hut reading room all for your exclusive use.

We take great pride in the cottages being well equipped for your stay so that you can pack light and concentrate on the fun things. With hotel quality beds, linen, towels and toiletries everything is designed to combine comfort, character and simplicity.

The property has been carbon neutral since 2009, our welcome hamper is locally sourced and all of the products we use are environmentally friendly.
