For small meetings, their are two rooms to choose from, The Tyler's Conservatory or Merricks's Conservatory. Both suites are the same size as each other and overlook the 18th green of the Button Gwinnett course.

Each of these rooms can be styled in a way to suite the organiser up to a maximum of 50 delegates. Both rooms provide all the latest Equipment including 50 inch flat screen TV's which can be linked to a laptop, DVD/Video and music systems.

There is free WiFi throughout the whole of the building as well making it easier to stay in touch.

Cottrell offers the organiser a flexible 'Build Your Own' delegate package which is a unique way of allowing the person responsible for placing the booking the opportunity to select the options they require to fulfil their event whilst keeping control over the budget. Prices start from as little as £10.00 per person.

Alternatively the venue offers a very competitive half day delegate rate of £16.95 per person or full day delegtae rate of £19.95 per person. Full details are available upon request.

The luxury Marquee can cater for larger groups of 50 - 450 delegates.

Educational Visits

School and college visits are available on request and a programme of activities ca be arranged.
