This is a 3k for everyone - uniting with one purpose - to raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
5K - 11:00 start
5K is an achievable distance for all ages and abilities. Participants can walk, jog or charge their
way around the course.
10K - 09:30 start
10k is a great step up from our 5k events; that's still achievable for everyone.
