Merrick's restaurant at Cottrell Park is built in the style of a prestigious Parkland Estate and provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in which to relax, after a hard days’ work or play!

The 145-cover restaurant is framed in traditional brick with exposed wooden beams, pillars and wood floor creating a distinct cottage feel. Which is fitting, really, because from the kitchen comes good quality, home-cooked food. Merrick's serves traditional British cuisine using local and free-range produce. Ideal for a lunch stop, family gathering or business meals alike, the friendly staff will make you very welcome.
