This semi-detached single storey stone cottage is reached by a long private driveway, 1 ½ miles south of Llangain, between Llansteffan and Carmarthen (5 miles). This cosy cottage is entered by a glass porch, enabling the views and surrounding area to be enjoyed in any weather. The living/kitchen area includes TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Double bedroom with ensuite shower. Heating is provided by a ground source heat pump and solar power energy. Shared washing machine and freezer facility.
