An interesting C16th stone granary, now a characterful detached cottage in lovely grounds (2 acres) of the owner's home, next to a working farm outside Glandwr, 4 miles Crymych (shop & pub), 10 miles NW St Clears. A private spot with a large garden, barbecue, fishing and birdwatching. Beamed kitchen/diner with large woodburner, 3 steep steps to a small sitting area then a short stair to a beamed sitting room with a rug over the wooden floor.
