A spacious bungalow with sea views, and only a 10 minute walk down to the sandy beach at Southerndown, 5 miles south of Bridgend, between Cardiff and Swansea. One of a pair of detached bungalows, having its own patio and standing in a huge lawned garden. The three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all have washbasins, there is a bath/shower room and second WC, a large kitchen/diner, utility and a lounge with TV and DVD and patio doors at either end. Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, second TV/DVD, Aga, central heating if required. Excellent cliff-top walking along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, ½ mile to a pub and restaurant, golf at Ogmore, 3 miles, and Porthcawl for the fair etc, 9 miles. No smokers, please. Towels provided. Electricity & heating included.
