Renovated to retain many original features, this is an interesting three-storey cottage at Meidrim, 3 miles north of St Clears and 6 miles from the coast. Double bedroom and shower room on first floor, lovely lounge on the ground floor with a woodburner in the stone fireplace, sofa bed, TV, DVD & hi-fi; oil central heating. Lower ground floor (underfloor heating) has hand-built oak and teak kitchen including an oil-fired range, washing machine, fridge/freezer; and there’s a ‘wet room’. Lovely enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn & barbecue, and an extended lower garden with decked bridge over a little stream. Meidrim is a small pretty village surrounded by beautiful countryside, with 2 pubs and a river. Walks from the door, mountain biking in the Brechfa Forest, 6 miles to Dylan Thomas’s Laugharne, super beaches at Pendine and Tenby. Golf, fishing, horse riding, castle and gardens. No smoking inside. Towels provided. Electricity and central heating included.
