Lôn Teifi is part of National Route 82 between Aberystwyth and Fishguard. The route takes the same course as the Lôn Cambria route along the Ystwyth valley to Pont-rhyd-y-groes before turning southwest.
The route connects Llanidloes in the heart of Wales to Holyhead and Anglesey, using minor roads, railway paths, forestry tracks and ancient coach roads.
Lôn Cambria is a 113-mile cycle route in the National Cycle Network which runs from Aberystwyth on the Mid Wales coast, through the Cambrian Mountains and the Mid Wales Marches to Shrewsbury.
The Celtic Trail (West) Fishguard to Swansea with two potential routes. National Route 4 goes via the coast, whilst National Route 47 is an inland route.
