The Tregaron Trotting Club was first established in 1980 as the Deri Llanio Harness Racing Committee' and it was on the Deri Llanio fields near Llanddewi Brefi that the first meeting was held on July 29th 1980.
This nine-hole course sits in a secluded valley and is very picturesque. It's a flat parkland lay-out but the trees, ponds and streams give you plenty to think about as you try and plot your way around the course.
