Llyn Brenig Lake is set in 920 acres of moorland and forest in the heart of the Denbigh Moors. The Visitor Centre facilities include gift shop, childrens adventure playground and cafe. Activities include sailing, fishing and walking.

There are a number of designated walks ranging from ten mile 'round the lake walk to more leisurely themed trails including an archaeological trail. Guides are available from visitor centre.

Llyn Brenig Lake is one of the few fisheries preserved for fly fishing for trout. Stocks of rainbow trout are added weekly and trout weighing over 10lb have been caught.

Llyn Brenig is used as a venue for international competitions and the fishing season is March to end of October permits available from visitor centre.

Llyn Brenig is open all year, 8am to sunset. The Visitor Centre and Café are open every day (check Christmas & New Year period).

Visitor centre located off the B4501 Cerrigydrudion to Nantglyn. From the A5 join the B450 at Cerrigdrudion or from Denbigh A543, B4501.
