Summer Hill is situated in quiet area, with guaranteed unobstructed off-road parking for each apartment. It is just a short walk to both shores, the promenade and main shopping area. The apartments are designed to be your home from home in Llandudno, having all the amenities you would expect in 4 & 5 Star accommodation.
There is a choice of three 1-bedroom apartments or a 2-bedroom apartment, all completely self-contained and spacious (ideal for couples). The living rooms face the front of the building and have a sunny southerly aspect. Ground floor apartments
are available, both of these accept one dog.
ALL KITCHENS have full size electric cookers, washer/dryers, microwaves, fridge/freezers or refrigerators with freezer compartments, electric kettles, toasters, easy clean work surfaces, plenty of cupboards, fully equipped with quality crockery, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils. From A55 onto A470 into Llandudno. Pass railway station on your left, turn left at crossroad traffic lights into Trinity Avenue. Summer Hill is on the right hand side approximately 40yds after turning for St Davids Road.
Coach station 10 minutes walk and railway station 5 minutes walk - there is a plentiful supply of Taxis in Llandudno.
