Firgrove is a home of character which offers guests a relaxing and peaceful stay. Individually furnished rooms with all amenities. A large garden for visitors to enjoy, with views over the Vale of Clwyd.

A country house bed & breakfast in a listed historic house set within mature gardens and with views over the Vale of Clwyd towards the Clwydian hills. The house is furnished in a style to complement its age and character, with two bedrooms upstairs and one self-contained suite on the ground floor. Late arrival times, early breakfasts and evening meals are available with prior notice. Private car parking within the grounds offers level access to the house and ground floor suite. About one mile from the town of Ruthin with its many listed buildings and castle offering a choice of shops and eateries. The Craft Centre is open all year with galleries showing a wide range of Applied arts with a cafe and some craft outlets. Only five miles from Ruthin is Dibleys Nursery, world famous for growing Streptocarpus and Chelsea gold medal winners. The surrounding countryside offers great walking and birdwatching and for those more energetic Firgrove is within easy reach of the Adventure Scene amid the Snowdonia National Park.


Evening meals available by prior arrangement with special diets catered for.

Exit Ruthin on A494 - Bala. At mini-roundabout take B5105 for Cerrig y Drudion, pass Church on right and Cross Keys Inn on left. Firgrove is approximately 1/4mile further on on the right above the road. A planting scheme and large slate sign denote the drive entrance. Rail Station at Rhyl or Chester.
