Gwynfryn B&B

About

Located within the historical walled town of Conwy, Gwynfryn Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable and stylish accommodation within a converted Chapel House and Vestry. Nestled on the cobbled streets in the heart of the town within a couple of minutes walk of shops, restaurants and both the train station & bus stops. Conwy boasts many historical attractions all within a few minutes walk from the B&B including the magnificent Conwy Castle, Aberconwy House, Plas Mawr, Telford Bridge and the Town Walls themselves.

The accommodation consists of 8 en-suite rooms, 4 superior rooms within the Chapel House which have been tastefully furnished in their own unique style, consisting of 1 twin, 3 kings.
There is a further 4 stylish compact rooms within the Chapel Vestry which have a more simplistic yet stylish design, consisting of 1 twin & 3 king bedded rooms which also include ground floor rooms.
All rooms include Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, complementary beverage tray, silent fridges, electric fan, hairdryers and complementary toiletries.

Breakfast is served in the converted Chapel which retains many of its historical features including the organ, pulpit, balcony and all the pews which have been remodelled into banquet style table and seating.
We offer a full Welsh Breakfast using local produce and can cater for any dietary requirements including Gluten Free / Vegetarian etc.

We also serve tasty locally sourced light bites throughout the day and you can sample a drink from the Refectory bar.

Gwynfryn is the name of the Chapel House which we bought and renovated in 2003 creating the original 5 rooms.
We purchased the Chapel 'Capel Tabernacl' in 2012, a Welsh Methodist Chapel which dates back to the 1860's. During 2016 we converted and created the new 4 rooms in Chapel Vestry.

We do hope to see you at Gwynfryn Bed and Breakfast (B&B) upon your next stay in Conwy and can always assure you of a warm welcome and will always aim to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
