Plas Hafod is a substantial Victorian detached residence offering a high standard of Bed & Breakfast accommodation, with views over the picturesque vale of Llangollen.

This elegant welcoming house has a wealth of original Victorian features, with a Victorian tiled hallway, an impressive staircase, marble fireplaces, high ceilings, original cornices and beautiful stained glass windows. All guest bedrooms are furnished to the highest standard with tea/coffee making facilities, seating area, television, hairdryer and bathrobes are provided, and either en-suite or private bathrooms. Green Room which has a King Size four poster bed and en-suite shower room and comfy seating area. The room is also situated at the front of the house and has great views over the valley. Packed lunches and Newspapers are available on request.

During inclement weather conditions a lounge is available, for the convenience of the guests, with views over the beautiful Vale of Llangollen. Plas Hafod is within easy walking distance of the centre of Llangollen and the International Eisteddfod Pavilion. Llangollen has a wealth of interests, places to see, restaurants, a diary of cultural events, as well as being a base from which to explore North Wales.
Local places of interest include Llangollen Steam Railway, Horse drawn canal boat rides, aqueduct tour, Plas Newydd, Dinas Bran Castle, Valle Crucis Abbey, Motor Museum, walking trails, rock climbing, gorge walking, rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Whatever you decide to do you can always be sure that Mrs Margaret Richardson, the proprietor, will welcome you home at the end of a very busy but satisfying day.
