Bangor is ideally placed for touring North Wales with its magnificent scenery and many fascinating attractions. At Bangor University we offer year round accommodation for individuals and groups. We also have a wide range of meeting and conference spaces – please contact us for more details.

All bedrooms are single occupancy only, with en-suite shower and W.C. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Bedrooms are arranged in units of 8 rooms sharing a kitchen area. Guests will be accommodated in adjacent rooms whenever possible. The kitchen has tables and chairs, a cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge. You are welcome to use these facilities but pots/ pans, crockery and utensils are not provided.

Check in time is from 2pm at the Ffriddoedd Site Reception until 9pm and rooms must be vacated and keys returned by 10am on departure day. The security office is manned 24 hours for late arrivals and any problems.

Accommodation is not suitable for children younger than 11. Children must be aged 11 or older at the time of their visit, and accompanied by a responsible adult.

Road Directions

Approach Bangor on the A55 North Wales coast road from Chester. Take the A5 into Bangor and follow the road through town to the railway station. Turn right and then left at Safeways. The accommodation reception is second on your right at the top of the entrance road.
