Victorian family run Guest House with many original features close to all amenities and within walking distance of beaches, town, theatre etc. All rooms either have views of the sea or Great Orme. Accompanied children are very welcome.

We are happy to accept small dogs by arrangement but don't offer a dog sitting service.

Road Directions

From the A55 take the second turning on the left direct into Llandudno. Follow the signs to the town centre, keeping in the right hand lane. Take the left turn at the shops and follow the road right up to the roundabout. Carry straight on up the hill. Turn left, you will see the tram in front of you on the right. We are just past the tram on the left.
