Cardiff Caravan & Camping Park

About

Cardiff Caravan Site is run by Cardiff Council and is situated in approximately 300 acres of beautiful parkland close to all the amenities of the City Centre. The caravan site is open all year including Christmas and New Year. The site welcomes caravans, motorhomes and tents and has good facilities available to residents (toilets, power showers, clothes washing and drying). The warden is resident on site, the whole site is covered by CCTV and the perimeter is newly fenced.

The site is competitively priced for its City Centre location and offers discounts for stays of 7 nights and for organised Caravan Club rally groups. Booking is recommended, as this popular site is full for most of the peak season and very busy during the winter.

The City Centre is within a short (10 minute) walk through the park past the magnificent Cardiff Castle. Also within easy walking distance are The Millenium Stadium, Millenium Centre and Cardiff Bay.

The suburb of Pontcanna with its 'village feel' is within 200 metres and offers shopping and numerous bistros/pubs without the bustle of the City.

The caravan site is also home to the Taff Trail Cycle Hire which boasts a wide range of cycles for all ages and abilities. The Taff Trail long distance cycling route can be joined 200 metres from the caravan site.

Cardiff is an ideal location for exploring South East wales.
