About

Pant, Llangrannog is a mid-ninetenth century farmhouse renovated to an extremely high standard. It stands in its own grounds and because it can comfortably accomodate eight people it has proved very popular with extended families and/or families wishing to holiday together. Further, the large downstairs bedroom has been a benefit to those who are chairbound or find climbing stairs difficult
The large garden which is well laid out provides an ideal place to relax following a day on the beach and for children to play.

There is a off road parking area for two cars at the bottom of the garden. Close to the kitchen is a patio ideal for barbecues.

The house is on two floors with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table can seat eight people. The lounge area has spacious easy chairs and there are televisions at both ends of the room. Leading from the lounge to the rear of the house is a twin-bedded room with its own shower, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen is light and airy and is well fitted out with ample worktop space and a full range of modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, there is a large picnic table on the patio, a barbecue, a storage area for wet suits etc and a rotary clothes line.

The Visit Wales Grading Inspectors have consistently awarded the property five stars (the highest possible) for cleanliness with the comment that very high levels of cleanliness were evident throughout.
