Melbourne Aberaeron

About

Melbourne is a spacious Georgian townhouse offering comfortable, 5 star, quality self-catering accommodation in the centre of the stylish coastal town of Aberaeron, just a short walk from the colourful harbour, beaches and the Ceredigion section of the Wales Coast Path.

Melbourne is ideal for families or couples wanting space to relax. The house is centrally heated and perfect for holidays and short breaks at any time of year.

It has an elegantly furnished lounge / dining room with a large screen television, leading to a sunny conservatory and patio; a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer; bathroom with bath and separate shower; ground floor shower room: three large, light and airy bedrooms - a double room with a king sized bed and en-suite toilet and wash hand basin and a twin room on the first floor, and a ground floor double room.

Children are always welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required.

The enclosed, secure, flower filled, rear garden and patio area with garden furniture is a perfect spot for a barbecue or relaxing with a drink in the sun. There's ample secure storage space in the garage for bikes and other equipment.
