Details

Vicarage Holiday Homes are only yards from the River Wye, located on the edge of the village of Newbridge-on-Wye which is just 5 miles from Builth Wells and 5 miles from Llandrindod Wells, it is an ideal base for exploring the area.

Orchard House. The house is entered through a porch into the kitchen/dining area and utility room. The comfortable lounge with large sofas and log burner make it a cosy home from home. Upstairs are two ensuite bedrooms. The master has an antique kig size bed. The second is a king size double or a twin. Both bedrooms have hairdryers and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Reading Room House.
The hallway, kitchen, lounge and dining area provide open plan living, contained beneath an impressive vaulted ceiling.
The high-spec kitchen with midi units and Baumatic appliances looks over into the large lounge and dining area on a lower level. There is a dining table and seating for six people and the lounge has a pillar box gas fire, flat screen TV and comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed.
From the hallway there are two large bedrooms, both of a contemporary design, which can be either twin beds or superking. Both rooms have 32" flat screen TVs, hairdryers and all bed linen and towels are provided.
The first bedroom has an en suite wetroom, 'his and hers' sinks with waterfall taps and a large shower area. The second bedroom has a bathroom adjacent, with a jacuzzi bath and LED mood lighting.
The garden area is entered from the lounge via a 5 metre bi-fold door onto a decked area and private garden. South West facing, the bi-fold doors can be fully opened to create an inside/outside living space. There is also off road parking for two vehicles.

Reading Room House is a 'no expense spared' contemporary home with underfloor heating throughout and solar panels for hot water.

It is a truly luxurious grand design, equipped to the highest of standards.
