Stable Cottage, Tydu View

About

Situated just 3 miles from the harbour and sandy beaches of New Quay and less than a mile from the magical smugglers cove of Cwmtydu, our cottages offer the ideal escape to relax and unwind with partners, friends or family with private views of the Cardigan Bay sea.

Llainfran Holiday Cottages offer peaceful and restful breaks, away from any main roads and set within the 16 acre grounds of the owners Victorian country house; also a 5 star boutique Bed and Breakfast.

The former stables of Llainfran now provide a comfortable character cottage. Stable Cottage provides a spacious open plan living space including kitchen, dining and sitting area and a magnificent Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There is also a WC cloakroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, a bathroom and a separate shower room.
A small private garden with terrace, level lawns and ample garden furniture provides uninterrupted views over our fields and wildlife pond with views of the sea beyond.

Alongside Stable Cottage, Tydu View Cottage occupies the site of the former piggery and granary of the Llainfran farmstead. Now converted into a luxurious single storey cottage on one level, the property offers easily accessed modern amenities in a characterful setting overlooking farmland and the Heritage Coast.
Accommodation provides a generous lounge with wood burning stove, a conservatory, a separate kitchen/dining area, a large shower room with large walk in shower and two bedrooms to sleep 4 people.
There is a small private garden with terrace, garden furniture and a level lawn with open views of coastal farmland and the sea

The Wales Coast Path is less than a mile away and the coastal village and beach of Llangrannog 4 miles. A haven for walkers and bird/wildlife watchers with dolphins, seals, red kites buzzards and choughs all found in the locality.

An ideal location for visiting beaches, family holidays and touring the beautiful and rugged West Wales coastline, away from the more crowded hotspots.
