An attractive 18th century, stone-built detached cottage near to the River Seiont, on the edge of Llanrug village, just 3 miles from the Snowdonian town of Llanberis. Providing cosy, character accommodation, this welcoming Wales cottage has exposed beams, a large stone inglenook fireplace with woodburner, a spacious bathroom with corner bath and a decked garden area, ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the views of Mount Snowdon and the Llanberis Pass. Trout and salmon fishing is available on site, or there is a 3 mile country walk from the cottage to Lake Padarn and into Llanberis, home of Mount Snowdon. The whole of the National Park is available from the doorstep, including many historic castles, and miles of beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coastlines on the Lleyn Peninsula and the Isle of Anglesey. An inviting Llanrug cottage; a lovely retreat any time of year.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin with en-suite (shower cubicle only). Ground floor bathroom with corner bath with hand shower over, basin & WC. 1st floor basin & WC. Handmade fitted pine kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with stone inglenook fireplace with woodburner.
