Set on the perimeter of beautiful Aberglasney Gardens, offering holiday-makers an excellent and unique opportunity to enjoy an outstanding location and high-quality, self-catering accommodation at Aberglasney Gardens.

COACHMAN'S COTTAGE is a characterful property with a handmade kitchen complete with butler’s sink, exposed beams and antique furniture and yet it has as much of the convenience and luxury of modern-day living as is possible – including dishwasher, microwave, a combined washing machine & tumble dryer, flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen size sleigh bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.

GARDENER'S COTTAGE is a characterful property with a handmade kitchen complete with butler’s sink, exposed beams and antique furniture and yet it has as much of the convenience and luxury of modern-day living as is possible – including dishwasher, microwave, a combined washing machine & tumble dryer, flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms. Gardener’s master bedroom has a king-size iron bedstead while the second bedroom has twin single iron bedsteads. The main bathroom is upstairs but there is also a downstairs shower room.

As well as beautiful views from the inside, the cottages have a furnished outdoor seating area and of course the beauty of Aberglasney Gardens literally on the doorstep.

Road Directions

From Crosshands roundabout, take the exit for A476 (follow brown tourist sign for Aberglasney Gardens) and continue on this road for approx. 15 minutes. Before reaching Ffairfach, you will turn right towards Gelli Aur following the brown tourist sign for Aberglasney Gardens onto the B4300. Turn right when you reach the crossroads. Follow the road over the stone bridge and up the hill through the forest to reach the village of Llangathen. Turn left by the Aberglasney Gardens carpark signs. DO NOT turn into the main car park, instead, follow the track past the yellow buildings where you will see a sign for cottages parking.

From Carmarthen, follow the A40 towards Llandeilo for approx. 25 minutes passing Whitemill, Pontargothi, and Dryslwyn along the way. Take the right hand turning at Broad Oak following the brown tourist sign for Aberglasney Gardens. Follow the lane until you see Aberglasney Gardens car park where you will turn right. DO NOT turn into the main car park, instead, follow the track past the yellow buildings where you will see a sign for cottages parking.

From Llandeilo, follow the A40 towards Carmarthen for approx. 10 minutes passing the Cottage Inn along the way. When you reach Broad Oak, follow the brown tourist sign for Aberglasney Gardens and take a left hand turn at the 4 way junction. Follow the lane until you see the Aberglasney Gardens car park sign and take a right hand turn here. DO NOT turn into the main car park, instead, follow the track past the yellow buildings where you will see a sign for cottages parking.
