Wild Meadow Shepherd's Hut
The Shepherd's Hut is settled on top of the slope with far reaching views across the valley. The hut has electricity, mains water and is well insulated with a wood burning stove. The full-size double bed has a deluxe mattress for a perfect night's sleep.

For cooking, settle into the slow lane & stroll down to the kitchen garden or wander through the orchard to gather ingredients. Either cook in the outdoor under-covered kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, double sink with hot water, table, chairs and fridge, or you can light the fire and try out the kotlich and griddle.Complimentary ingredients supplied for your first mornings cooked breakfast are supplied

The 16ft by 7ft hut comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Linen, bedding & towels provided
Fold our camping beds can be supplied for 2 children
Washroom with basin and separate hot gas shower

Wild Meadow Cottage
Meadow Cottage is a new, ecologically built, traditional timber cottage has fine views across the valley. It sits next to the kitchen garden where guests can harvest fruit, vegetables and cut flowers. The cottage sleeps 7 in three large bedrooms.

The nearest town to Wild Meadow is Presteigne which is a twenty-minute walk (2 minute car drive). It has a high street filled with independent shops, pubs and cafes. Visit the fascinating Victorian museum, Judge’s Lodgings, or The Spaceguard Centre & Observatory.

Wild Meadow is in the beautiful rolling hills of Radnorshire in the county of Powys. We are right on the English/Welsh border so easily accessible.. By carDirections:From Eardisley directionYou will approach Presteigne on the B4355. At the roundabout take the second exit and keep on this road past the recycling area on your left, past the turn off to Knighton on the right and carry straight on towards Discoed. In under a mile you will come across Rockbridge caravan park on your right and we are on the opposite side of the road. Our entrance is on the left.

From Newtown directionFrom Newtown you will come via Knighton. When you get to Presteigne you will have the children’s park on your left. Turn right towards Discoed. In under a mile you will come across Rockbridge caravan park on your right and we are on the opposite side of the road. Our entrance is on the left.
