A COUPLE OF COTTAGES FOR COUPLES
Nestled in a rural setting to the south of the town of Carmarthen our comfortable cottages are a real 'home from home' and are centrally positioned to discover the County of Carmarthenshire with easy access to Pembrokeshire and the Gower.
The two traditional homely cottages are located approximately a mile from the village of Llangain, on the main road to the sandy beach village of Llansteffan. The outstanding views can be enjoyed as you approach the cottages down the owners' private drive. Each cottage overlooks a spectacular view of the river Towy valley and SSSi estuary marshes. Whilst walking through the wildlife garden stunning views of Llansteffan Castle can be enjoyed. Subtle seating areas are dotted throughout the owner's property where the garden and the feeling of open space can be enjoyed to its full potential.
Entrance to each cottage is through a glass viewing room which allows the the stunning surroundings to be enjoyed in all weather and gives a sense of bringing the outside inside. Heating is included in the price and is provided by a Ground Source Heat Pump and Solar Hot Water System. This easy to use form of heating ensures that the cottages are warm and aired to visitors at any time of the year.
The open beamed sitting rooms have the high quality necessities expected of self catering accommodation and the well designed open plan area provides a welcoming and cosy feel. The bedrooms are comfortable and have a ready made double bed awaiting with towels provided within the en-suite Shower room.
There is a gravelled area which provides a separate parking space next to each cottage. An individual seating area outside each cottage includes outdoor furniture and also includes a bar-b-cue.

Road Directions
From Carmarthen take the A40 going West to St. Clears. Pass the entrance for B&Q on your left, take the slip road marked for Llansteffan.
At the top of the slip road turn right for Llansteffan.
Keep going for three miles to reach the village of Llangain, turn first left into Church Road.
Follow on Church Road (tarmac) to the very end approx 1 mile which is a dead end road, and then join the track directly in front of you (the right track is to the farm of Clomendy). Sign directing you down to Tan y Lan.
