With Benjamin Zephaniah stating ‘I can’t take my ears off her’, Kate Tempest describing her poetry as ‘welcoming, galvanising and beautiful’, Ted Hughes Award winner Hollie McNish is a poet whose readings are not to be missed. Here, she will be joining us to perform poems from her new collection, PLUM. Expect strong language as she talks fruit and flesh, sex, politics, transformers and a lot of friendship.

Books will be available to purchase at the event. There will be a book signing afterwards.

Times: Doors 8pm, Sophie McKeand: 8.15 - 8.45pm, Hollie McNish: 9 - 10pm.

From the North Wales coast, take the A55 towards Chester, take the exit signed Flint and turn right towards Mold. Go through the villages of Northop and Sychdyn, and look for a well signposted right hand turn into the theatre.

From Chester or North East England, take signs for North Wales and Conway. From the A55, filter left onto the A494 for Mold. As you approach the town, there are well signposted signs to the theatre on your right.

From other directions, go through Mold and take the A494 Queensferry road. The theatre is signposted on the left just after you leave the town.
