Candelas - Following the release of their self-titled first album in 2013, Candelas’ popularity has continued to grow. It did not take long for songs such as Anifail and Symud Ymlaen to become firm favourites amongst audiences across Wales. The band have won a number of categories in the Selar Music Awards, as well as being one of the groups chosen to take part in the BBC Wales Horizons project during 2014-15.

Candelas’ version of the Anrhefn’s Rhedeg i Paris (Running to Paris), which became an unofficial anthem during the Euros, has received almost two hundred thousand hits on YouTube. One highlight for the band was being chosen to play with the Welsh Pops orchestra at the 2016 Eisteddfod in Abergavenny.

Candelas are currently touring Wales, headlining gigs and promoting their third album, released on the I Ka Ching label, Wyt Ti’n Meiddio Dod I Chwarae?, (I Dare You to Come Out and Play).
