Sunday Lunch Trains

Sunday Lunch Trains

Details

Relax and unwind as you enjoy a leisurely three-course lunch, on board our specially prepared steam train. A completely different experience that will stay in your memory. Waiter service and bar facilities included.

Your day will begin at midday when we ask you to meet the train, enjoy a pre lunch drink in our bar coach and from where you will be seated. The Sunday lunch train departs Bronwydd Arms at 12.30 and gently travels through the Carmarthenshire countryside taking three and a half to four hours in total. Infants and older children can enjoy the trip along with the family but some of our younger visitors may find that they have too much energy for the trip. You do have the chance to stop and stretch your legs between courses.

The dining tables seat four people. As they are from a bygone era, the seating arrangement is cosy. If you are booking for less than four people, be aware that you may have other diners at your table. We hope that you will see it as a chance to make new friends but if you prefer not to share with strangers or have a romantic meal for 2, you can reserve additional seats for £10 per seat.
