About

Immerse in the sheer joy, peace, and silliness of sea swimming in the place where The Bluetits Chill Swimmers began, the coast of Pembrokeshire in Westest Wales.

The Bluetit mission is to create a confident, capable community through cold water swimming and adventures.

Our swim walk experiences are designed to introduce people to the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path by walking the coast path at a gentle pace and dipping in the sea. Our guides are all Bluetits, and so expect to laugh the whole way while remaining in safe hands.

Sam or her co-hosts will meet you at Bluetit HQ on Pencarnan Farm, introduce ourselves and give some background to The Bluetits, cold water swimming and an overview of the local area where it all started. Get a good understanding of the local area, history, flora and fauna and the sea life you can expect to see on the coast path.

You'll leave with a strong sense of the camaraderie gained through cold water immersion with a group of friends and the lasting impression of the unique beauty of this part of the world.
