A warm welcome awaits you at The Spirit of Anglesey Gin Making Experience.

Take a seat at your very own copper still and begin the Gin making adventure. You will craft, distil and bottle your very own Gin just like a master distiller, choosing from a wide selection of delicious botanicals from across the globe.

Once you have chosen your botanicals and carefully weighed them, in the still they go with our base spirit and the process begins. You can now sit back and wait for the magic to happen!

The first few drops of your unique Gin make for an exciting prospect and perhaps you would like to try a little? Collect the Hearts of the gin for the very best of flavour and your well on your way to becoming a master distiller!
