About

The Harlow Room is located right next to the award-winning Welsh Wildlife Centre offering a flexible space which is ideal for meetings, talks & small Conferences; training courses & classes and celebrations & exhibitions

There is ample free parking just outside the Harlow Room with good disabled access & facilities both in & around all buildings, including toilets very close by.

The Harlow Room (8.9m x 5.2m) can seat up to 40 people with its tables and comfortable chairs configured as:

Boardroom 16
Horse-shoe 20
Classroom 20
Theatre 40

Social gatherings can accommodate up to 40. Window blinds provide give good projection capability as well as privacy.

The basic Room Hire price includes a Whiteboard, Flip Chart, Pens, Lectern and Internet Access; as well as Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room.

On-site Catering service can be tailored entirely to your needs; whether it’s a regular supply of hot and cold drinks with homemade cake, cold buffet or a 3 course hot meal.

The centre can organise a special lunch in advance or just bring you the day’s Cafe menu on arrival, so everyone can book what you want on the day.

Two level paths suitable for wheelchairs and bikes.

Daytime Room Hire Rates:

(Half Day is 3 hours, Full day is 8 hours)

Voluntary Orgs – £40 half day, £70 full day
Public/Statutory Orgs – £45 half day, £80 full day
Business – £50 half day, £90 full day

The Harlow Room can also be hired at £15 per hour.
Evening bookings by arrangement.Discounts available for multiple bookings.

Road Directions

From Cardigan take A487 Tenby Road. In village o Penybryn turn left to Cilgerran, about half a mile at bottom of small hill turn left to Welsh Wildlife Centre. Car park is 1.2 miles up lane (old railway line).
Public transport: bus to Cilgerran from Cardigan and walk up lane above, or on foot from Cardigan along river bank and through reserve. Sustrans route 82.

Accessible by Public Transport: Carmarthen station is 27 miles away.
