Details

It's apple harvest month and our Cook, Chris Nicholson has prepared a tantalising apple-themed dessert taster session with optional fizz of your choice - cider or prosecco.

Take an autumn stroll through Erddig and treat yourself to a delicious array of traditional apple recipes, formerly baked at Erddig. Selection includes a twist on the classic cream tea with apple scones, jam and cream together with a range of delicious apple treats to enjoy. From apple crumble, muffins and mini apple strudels to the Squire's shortbread, adapted for autumn, with a layer of apple caramel on a crumble base . Package includes tea or coffee.
