Mediaeval Ffair

Mediaeval Ffair

Details

Come along to Hanes Cedweli’s 5th Annual Mediaeval Ffair Cedweli to be held within the walls of Kidwelly’s beautiful and historic castle. 2017 is sure to be even better than last year, we can’t wait to hold another day for all the family where people can come and make a day of it.

Listen to the live music from local musicians, including soloists and bands. Be fascinated by the re-enactors and the mediaeval camp and marvel at the minstrels. Everyone can try their hand at archery; children can try their hand at circus skills and see the apothecary's potions & leeches! Adults can see what the future holds and get their cards read and fortune told.

Wonderful craft stalls selling their unique and handmade wares where you can pick up a memento of your day. After all that you’ll want to settle down with a picnic and enjoy the delicious hot & cold food on offer from the award winning Rhosyn and take a refreshing drink from the Pjb's Ye Olde Shack mediaeval tavern. Why not join in the fun and dress up in a medieval costume? There'll be prizes for best costumes and a raffle.
