The conference facilities at Coed y Brenin offer meeting organisers the best of both worlds. While at Coed y Brenin why not give your delegates the chance to try one of the may activities on offer here.
We have a meeting room to hire from £25.00 for half a day.
Suitable for meetings of up to 15 people we also provide full catering from teas and coffees with a buffet lunch or you can order a hot meal from the café menu.

'Access for all' facilities

The cafe, meeting room and information desk are all fitted with hearing loops. All toilet facilities are accessible. A lift services the three floors of the visitor centre. An all-ability walking trail starts from outside the front door of the visitor centre and there are 3 other all-ability trails in the wider Forest Park. The walks guide is available in Braille format from the information desk and you can also download information on four of the walking trails in the forest to an MP3 player direct (MP3 Audio Trails).Blue badge parking 4 bays in front of the visitor centre main entrance as well as next to the picnic tables in the main car park.

There are also dedicated bays at each of the all-ability walking trails out in the Forest Admission to Coed y Brenin is free.
Car Parking charges which help towards the upkeep of the site are £5.00 for all day, £3.00 for 3 hours and £1.00 for 1 hour.

Coed y Brenin visitor centre The Visitor Centre has the following facilities: Toilets (including disabled toilets) Showers (in male, female and disabled changing rooms) Bike wash (token from visitor centre shop/information desk) Café (see above) Shop Information desk Picnic sites and BBQ There are a number of picnic tables around the main car parks within Coed y Brenin Forest Park plus many more on the waymarked walking trails. Some of the picnic tables have metal frames for holding disposable barbeques. There are also stone BBQ plinths in Glasdir and Ty'n y Groes picnic sites. Please ensure all fires are extinguished and tidied up after use.

Local public transport is available, however the nearest train station is Barmouth.
