Coed y Brenin Trail Duathlon

Coed y Brenin Trail Duathlon

Details

From the organisers of the UK’s most exciting Adventure Triathlon Series, Always Aim High Events presents the Coed y Brenin Trail Duathlon.

The Duathlon will be the only one of its kind in North Wales - an entirely off road trail race.

Incorporating some of the finest trails the world renowned forest park has to offer, the Duathlon consists of a challenging mountain bike course, sandwiched between two trail running routes of varying distance and difficulty. The Trail Duathlon is the perfect opportunity to experience these famous running and biking trails in one unforgettable race.

Two routes will be available to individuals or teams, the longer distance ‘full’ route, and the smaller ‘sprint’. The challenging full distance of the Duathlon consists of a 9km run, 28km bike and is rounded off with a 5km run to the finish.

A 5km run, 15km bike and a 1.8km run makes up the smaller sprint distance of the Duathlon.
