Already one of Cardiff’s top tourism destinations Cardiff International White Water, in the International Sports Village, is the very FIRST on demand white water facility in the UK!

With its variable river flow adventurers at all levels can enjoy the thrill of the white water. Get Wet Guaranteed… and come and try the action packed activities including white water rafting, kayaking, indoor wave and hot-dogging.

Looking for a more sedate challenge? The flat water area offers paddle sports from the mild to wild in a fun-filled environment. And for those who are not a fan of water, there's the high ropes Air Trail.

Or just relax on the café balcony over looking the course, perfect to enjoy a drink or bite to eat while watching the rafters take on the water. We even have a Canoe and Kayak Store specialising in selling professional equipment.

Park and play sessions, annual passes, hen and stag parties, activity breaks and corporate and school packages are available.

All specialist equipment will be provided and prices and session times vary

Public Transport Directions

Catch the Barry or Bridgend trains from Cardiff Central and alight at Cogan Train Station. Then walk across Pont y Werin bridge to Cardiff International Sports Village. ​Cardiff Bus service 7 or 9 run frequently from the City Centre and Cardiff Bay.
