Details

With hundreds of years of gruesome history, castles are not for the faint of heart - especially at night, and like every self-respecting castle, Oystermouth is thought to have its own resident ghost.

Treading carefully, in your most blood-curdling costume, navigate your way through the 12th century vaults and ancient corridors of Oystermouth Castle - what lies beneath you or awaits you around every corner? With the lights out, who knows what unsettling spirits or creepy characters you might meet - are you brave enough to find out?

Whatever you do, don't disturb the White Lady! If you're lucky enough to find your way out, a hot chocolate will be waiting for you...

Recommended for ages 9+ (unless not of a nervous disposition). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The experience will take around 25-30 minutes.

You can arrive anytime within your booked time slot but please be prepared to wait your turn - entry will be staggered, every couple of minutes. Pre-booking advised.

By Bus: From Mumbles, the number 2 bus to Newton goes up Newton Road towards the castle - get off the bus at the stop by the Ostreme Centre and walk up Castle Avenue.

By Car: Follow the A4067 into Mumbles and then turn right up Newton Road at the mini roundabout by the White Rose. The castle is halfway up Newton Road on the right hand side.
