Details

What's better than sitting under the stars with some good friends, good food and good films? Luna Cinema couldn't agree more, and this September it's bringing two classics to Oystermouth Castle.

On September 13 get ready for Ridley Scott's 2000 epic, Gladiator. Will the Gladiator survive the hellish battles, make his way back to Rome, and take his revenge on Commodus?

On September 14 here we go again, it's Mamma Mia! the box office smash hit with an all-star cast including Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgard and many more.

Want the ultimate Luna Cinema experience? Why not treat yourself to a Premium Ticket - avoid the queues, enjoy a free drink at the VIP Luna Bar, and watch the film from your very own reserved director's chair!

All of this set against the stunning backdrop of Oystermouth Castle, which means a cinematic experience to remember!

Map reference: SS 613883  Lat: 51.57680 Long: -4.00246

By Bus: From Mumbles, the number 2 bus to Newton goes up Newton Road towards the castle - get off the bus at the stop by the Ostreme Centre and walk up Castle Avenue.

By Car: Follow the A4067 into Mumbles and then turn right up Newton Road at the mini roundabout by the White Rose. The castle is halfway up Newton Road on the right hand side.

There is very limited parking in Castle Avenue, so the best option is to use the pay and display car parks along the sea front.
