Foel-fras is a mountain in the Carneddau range, about 8 miles east of Bethesda. With a height rising to 3091 ft (942 m) it is officially the eleventh highest peak in Wales.

Foel-fras can be accessed from the village of Abergwyngregyn (A55 Junction 13) taking the road signed Rhaeadr Aber Falls and continuing past the car park for the falls to a small car park at the end of the road.
