Owned and run by Andrew Venables, one of Europe’s best known rifle training instructors, and his wife Helena, WMS Firearms Training is the original and leading firearms training provider in the UK. As well as providing experience days, such as our Sniper Experience, Sniper Plus and Historic Rifle Days, we train British, European and international clients in rifle shooting for various disciplines and have built a reputation for providing structured, safe, analytical and enjoyable firearms training which gets results.
As well as welcoming private individuals, we also provide acclaimed professional training for police constabularies, zoos and safari parks, NGOs and UK government departments. We regularly provide corporate days for clients in the UK and overseas.
We offer our experiences and training on some 10,000 acres of Welsh hill country enabling us to choose the best area to suit your needs. Covered firing points are provided and our professionally managed facilities are structured to enable clients to train and practice to the highest standards.
WMS runs its shooting days in open hill country. Shelter is available but please bring outdoor clothes and boots and be prepared for a variety of weather.

Prices
Family Rifle Days from £600 inc VAT for a group of four including use of firearms, all ammunition, instruction and insurance.
Sniper Experience Days £295 inc VAT per person including use of firearms, all ammunition, instruction and insurance.
Sniper Plus Days £325 inc VAT per person including use of firearms, all ammunition, instruction and insurance.
Historic Rifle Days £325 inc VAT per person including use of firearms, all ammunition, instruction and insurance.
Individual bespoke 1-1 days from £600 inc VAT per person.
Two-to-one bespoke days from £900 inc VAT for two people.
Group days from £150 inc VAT per person per day using own firearms.
