Shotton Low Level serves the North Wales Coast Line from Chester to Holyhead. The stations are located off the B5129 Queensferry to Connah’s Quay road; the postcode is CH5 1BX.Ticket office & information services open Monday to Friday 07.30 - 10.30, Saturday 08.45 - 13.45; located on the high level Bidston-bound platform. Ticket machine, live Departure screens, payphone. Car parking no charge for passengers - 20 spaces; cycle stands, taxi office outside the station.

Services on the North Wales Coast Line Monday to Saturday most hours of the day; most trains are from/to Llandudno/Llandudno Junction and from/to Chester and Manchester Piccadilly/Manchester Airport. Sunday trains (limited service mornings) are from/to Holyhead.

Services on the Borderlands Line Monday to Saturday are mostly hourly; reduced service on Bank Holidays & Sundays.
