Details

Come to Ogmore Beach to learn about the wildlife, rocks and fossils of the area, and join in with our annual beach clean for the Marine Conservation Society.

12pm - 1pm: The Great British Beach Clean.
1pm – 2pm: Lunch
2pm - 3.30pm: Free educational beach activities.

These workshops are free however there is a refundable deposit of £5.

EQUIPMENT – We will provide all equipment needed but sensible footwear and clothing are highly recommended in case the weather isn't great, and sun-cream in case it is!

MEET - On the beach in front of the Lifeguard Station (to the left of the slipway down to the beach). We will be wearing a bright orange tabards.

LUNCH - If you are coming for the beach clean and activities and you may want to bring a packed lunch.

CAR PARKING - The pay and display parking cost is approx £5 for the day so please bring change.

Anyone can come along to the 12pm beach clean without booking.
