Self-Assessed Accessibility Details

  • This late 18th century farmhouse was renovated in recent years and an additional bedroom was finished this year, providing four bedrooms in all. The connecting headroom between the front bedrooms and back bedrooms is quite low. Signs on the wall are very clear. The main bathroom has an angled support rail opposite the bath. Leading off the new bedroom French doors provide a balcony for two people to sit comfortably. There are two staircases to this property and on the ground floor there are steps from the hall leading down to the dining room, therefore it would be considered unsuitable for a wheelchair. We have a small area for an office. The lounge is spacious. Sky TV, teletext. There is no phone. It has ample parking space and a garage. There is an outside light and garden lights. Public transport from village except on Sundays.
