  • COTTAGE 1&2 The separate doors to the cottages 1 & 2 are approached by a tarmac area carpark.[up to 6 cars]. Ground floor:2 bedrooms and shower rooms. 1st Floor: Open plan carpeted lounge/kitchen with laminate floor. Access up a carpeted staircase, with handrail on left hand side. From Cottage 1 lounge/kitchen by three stone steps to walk through bedroom to landing with carpeted stairs on right descending to gamesroom,on left to en-suite bedroom. From gamesroom exit via two stone steps to concrete yard,carparking for 3 cars. Directions from Brecon are shown on our website. FAIROAKS BUNGALOW Level tarmac driveway and ample parking. Level patio to side. Large lawned area in front. Paved to level of front door. Spacious accommodation all on one level with 1200 mm wide doors. Kitchen also accessible through double glazed doors from lounge. Efficient heating and lighting throughout. Light switches and most power points 800mm from floor. One spacious double bedroom leading to en-suite wheel-in shower room with safety rails. One small double bedroom. Two large twin-bedded rooms. Spacious bathroom which also has a shower and bidet. Level entry shower, Handrails in separate shower units, Bathroom WCs fitted with handrails, Non-slip floor throughout except the bedrooms which are carpeted. Parking: Single unit parking space provided, Single unit parking is 50m or less from entrance, Multi unit parking space provided, Multi unit parking is 50m or less from entrance, Dropoff point outside the main entrance
